Mystery Tours
Places we have spent years learning and keep off every map. You book the trip, not the pin: we take you there and bring you back.

Mystery
Meridian
Peaks that are all yours to wander, in full daylight.
MountainUp to 8
One of ours, kept off every map: high country we do not name, and a whole day to wander it. A meal cooked in the open, in a quiet that belongs to almost no one. We take you there and bring you back; everything between is yours.

Rock written in layers, in a canyon we do not name.
DesertUp to 8
Another we keep off the map: a canyon we have walked for years and never name. High sandstone walls banded like the pages of a closed book, and a full day of quiet inside them. The place stays ours; the day of it is yours.

Sinaeye is the boutique astro-tourism brand founded by one of the three of us: stargazing built on private access to true dark-sky country in South Sinai, with Jibal as its exclusive ground partner. These tours exist only under the Sinaeye umbrella. No one else offers them, and no one else can.
Dinner under Polaris, framed between the mountains while the sky turns around it.
DesertUp to 8
An evening built around one alignment. From the canyon floor, Polaris hangs fixed between the walls, and the whole sky wheels slowly around that single stubborn star while you watch. Dinner is cooked where you sit, and the stone gives back the day's warmth long after dark.

A canyon the day knows well, met after dark instead.
DesertUp to 8
Some places are walked by day and never met at night. This one we keep for after dark, when the crowds are long gone and the stone slowly lets go of the sun. Over the narrows the sky runs in a river of stars, close enough to read. Dinner is cooked where the walls keep the quiet.

MountainUp to 8
The high country after dark. The last light goes, the peaks keep their shapes against the stars, and the sky opens to its full depth. A meal is cooked in the open while the cold sharpens the starlight. We take you there and bring you back; the night between is yours.

The darkest sky we know, and the Milky Way at full strength over it.
DesertUp to 8
The darkest sky we can take you to, and the reason this tour exists. Far past the last of the lights, the Milky Way stops being a rumour: it stands overhead with weight and grain, and the faint things come out around it. Dinner is cooked in the open, and the night is timed so the dark is at its deepest.

Saint Catherine
The highest mountains in Egypt, for the last hour of their light.
MountainUp to 10
The mountain the world already knows, met at the hour it becomes itself. You stand on the summit of Jabal Musa as the light comes loose, granite turning gold, the desert sinking into blue. Below, a monastery has held its walls for fifteen centuries. A real climb, for legs that want one.

Blue Hole
A perfect circle of deep blue, famous across the diving world.
SeasideUp to 8
One of the Red Sea's great sites, on the coast above Dahab. A near-perfect circle of deep blue cut into the reef, coral walls dropping away beneath you, the open sea alongside. You float on the rim of something enormous, and it holds still and lets you look. Bring your mask and your nerve.

A long desert day strung between three landmarks: the narrowing sandstone of Canyon Salama, the palms and standing water of Ein Khudra oasis, and the wind-carved rock they call Mushroom Mountain. One line of walking threads them together, and the open desert between them is half the point.

A climb timed for one thing: the last hour of sun from a ridge most people never reach. We bring you up with time to settle, then the desert runs from gold to rose to deep blue and the first stars arrive. The descent is by torchlight.

The classic of our home ground. Nuweiba' is not complete without it.
DesertUp to 8
A sandstone canyon for walking and scrambling, quiet and mostly yours alone. Smooth wind-cut rock, tight passages, and a few places where you put your hands to the stone and the canyon decides your next move. Bring water and good shoes; the stone does the rest.

A coastal protectorate where the mountains come straight down to the sea. We bring you up the shore past the Blue Hole to a stretch of reef and quiet water with almost nothing built on it, fringed by bare granite. The shallows stay glass-clear, the reef sits close, and the day asks nothing of you.

The most colorful rock in South Sinai, and a long walk that earns it.
DesertUp to 8
A narrow canyon known for its rock: sandstone stained red, purple, and gold by the minerals run through it, lit differently with every hour. Smooth walls draw close overhead as you walk the dry floor, and every turn mixes the palette again.

The long walk out, to green standing between desert and mountain.
DesertUp to 8
A quiet sandstone canyon away from the usual routes. Rock worn smooth by old water, narrow stretches, and the odd scramble where the floor steps up. Then the long walk pays out in green: palm groves standing against the stone, and water resting in basins of salt-white rock. One of our longest days, and one of the quietest.

Three prices per trip. The solo rate is for a single traveller going out alone. The small-group price is one flat figure for two to four people, and the large-group price one flat figure for five and up, to the size each trip allows. A group splits the one figure between them.
What is included. Each trip lists guide, meal, beverages, tools, and permits. A struck-through item is not part of that trip and can usually be added on request.
Pickup. Prices include pickup from Nuweiba' and any camp on the road from Nuweiba' to Taba, up to 30 km north of Nuweiba' City. Pickup from Dahab is a flat EGP2,500 extra per group, and we are adding more pickup points soon. Staying somewhere else? Just ask.
Every trip price here is final and kept up to date. The only thing that adds to it is pickup from beyond the included zone.
